Subie Shop operates and ships from our warehouse on the Gold Coast, Australia.
We ship to all major cities and towns across Australia, Monday to Friday.
In some cases, certain regional or remote postcodes may not be eligible for delivery of large or bulky items. If this applies, our customer service team will contact you to discuss available delivery options.
Free Shipping & Freight Items
We offer free shipping on most smaller items across our website. However, free shipping is not always feasible for larger or bulky items.
Items such as (but not limited to) guards, bonnets, bumpers, wheels, engines, gearboxes, panels, and other oversized components are classified as freight items. These items will clearly state within their individual product listing description that separate shipping costs apply.
It is the customer’s responsibility to read the full product listing description before purchasing.
Freight Quotes & Cancellations
For freight items, shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and delivery postcode. Once an order is placed:
- The item is manually measured and assessed by our staff
- A custom freight quote is obtained
- Non-refundable transaction fees are incurred by Subie Shop at the time of purchase
If a purchase is made without reviewing the shipping terms outlined in the product listing, and the order is subsequently cancelled, cancellation charges may apply. These charges account for transaction fees and staff time involved in preparing freight quotes and order handling.
All cancellation requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
📦 Order Processing & Dispatch
Same-day or next-business-day dispatch on all non-freight items once payment is received.
Tracking is provided on all orders so you can monitor your delivery progress.
🌏 International Shipping
As of 2023, we’re excited to announce we now ship non-freight items to New Zealand and the USA!
As of 2025, Subie Shop ships all international orders under Delivered At Place (DAP) terms.
This means that import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may be charged by your local customs authority when the parcel arrives in your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Subie Shop provides accurate HS codes and country-of-origin information with all international shipments to help ensure smooth and timely clearance.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically:
Australia: 2–7 business days
NZ & USA: Varies by country and local carrier service
In very rare circumstances, delivery may take up to 21 business days.
If your order has not arrived within that timeframe, please contact us at info@subieshop.com.au so we can investigate.
🔐 Shipping Insurance & Damage Claims
Shipping insurance is optional but strongly recommended, especially for items valued over $75 or considered fragile.
If you do not purchase shipping insurance, Subie Shop is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit.
We take great care in securely packaging every order. However, if you receive an item that appears to be damaged during shipping:
Contact us within 3 business days of delivery
Include clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and the shipping label
Damage claims made after 3 business days may not be accepted.
